We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During busy periods (new collections, sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
If your order is delayed for any operational reason, we will notify you by email.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order using:

If you have not received tracking after 3 business days, contact us.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not control these fees and cannot predict the exact amount.
If a package is refused due to customs charges, shipping costs and fees will not be refunded.
7. Incomplete or Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct.
If your order cannot be delivered due to:

Incorrect/incomplete address

No one available to accept delivery

Failure to collect from a pick-up point
→ Additional shipping costs or return fees may be charged.
Sal y Sol is not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the carrier marks a package as Delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If your package is lost or stolen:

Contact the carrier with your tracking number

File a claim with the carrier

We will help where possible, but we are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered.
9. Pre-orders & Backorders

10. Shipping Errors or Damaged Deliveries
